We have been remodeling in the Portland Metro Area since 2002.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.~ If you are someone looking for a job where you are compensated for your skills, performance and growth then we just might be the right fit for you! ~ResponsibilitiesStay current with current building code requirementsReview production procedure before the project startsReview material staging list and setup at job siteSchedule all trade partners and inspectionsAttend weekly or daily meeting to allocate resourcesCollect payments from homeowner and deliver to office per payment scheduleEnsure quality and timeliness of trade partner workSet up job for dust and virus protectionMonitor budget daily with respect to labor and materialsCommunicate progress of job to homeowner and production managerKeep work vehicles clean and stocked with necessary materialsKeep clean appearance and wear DM-approved clothingReview scope of work/specifications with homeownerReview change orders requests with salesperson and process change orders as necessaryFollow the DreamMaker code of valuesMon - Thurs, 10 Hour ShiftExperience & Skills:5+ years experience in residential interior remodeling.Experience working with residential subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile contractor, flooring and concrete).Product knowledge (cabinets, countertop material, plumbing & electrical fixtures, floor coverings, tile, etc.)Have multi-discipline abilities including the basics of finish carpentry, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, tile setting, flooring, countertops, etc.Organization and scheduling skillsAttention to detail balanced by "get it done" attitudeWillingness to follow the Lead Carpenter SystemUnderstand the importance of Customer ServiceCompensation:Typical trained lead carpenter will earn $60,000 - $75,000+ / year.
