As a valued member of our crew, you'll bring your carpentry experience to a wide variety of residential construction projects, from new home builds and additions to roofing, siding, window replacement, and more. Our team environment is built on respect, reliability, and opportunity - offering a comfortable atmosphere where skilled tradespeople can grow long-term careers.Key Responsibilities:Perform framing, trim carpentry, and finish workInstall cabinets, countertops, moldings, siding, and roofingExecute drywall, painting, caulking, masonry, and concrete workLay flooring and complete tile work to precise standardsPerform exterior work, siding, roofing, windows, doors, etc.Read blueprints and layout materials to code specificationsMeasure, mark, and cut materials accuratelyMaintain job site cleanliness and follow safety practicesTravel to various job sites with reliable transportationRepresent Crew Built Inc with professionalism and prideQualifications :3+ years of carpentry experience (framing and/or finish preferred)Ability to read and work from blueprints or supervisor instructionsStrong work ethic and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work in various weather conditions, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heightsMust be drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screeningReliable transportation and a valid, unrestricted driver's licenseExcellent attendance and punctuality is requiredMust own basic carpentry toolsHigh school diploma or GEDPositive attitude and willingness to learnM&A Carpenter's License is a plus.Benefits:Weekly PayPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days, and Holidays)Long-Term Career Growth OpportunitiesYear Round WorkSchedule:Full-TimeMonday to Friday8 to 10-hour shifts depending on project needsWork Location:Northeastern Michigan (travel to multiple job sites required)Equal Opportunity Employer:At Crew Built Inc, we foster a team-oriented, family-like environment where every employee is valued.
