Serving clients across Real Estate and Resources they operate in over 100 offices globally and have built a reputation on quality, delivering better outcomes for their clients.Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Areas of specialisation include: project management, programme management, commercial & cost management and advisory services from the inception of a project through to completion and beyond.With 2021 set to be a busy year we are actively looking for aSenior Quantity Surveyorto join their successful Hong Kong team.Job Description:Prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts documentations, payment and variations assessment and final accountsSet up cost management processes and ensure implementation among teamAttend key client's team meetings providing strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurementImplement a value engineering culture, identifying opportunities for cost savingsGain a deep understanding of the client's stakeholders and their needsChallenge internal processes where necessary and add value to strategic procurement optionsQualifications:Degree or above qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent disciplinesHKIS or RPS qualified with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience within the public sectorDemonstrated experience on public sector projects in Hong KongExperience in working with international clients with the capacity to adapt to new environmentsExcellent communication and analytical thinking skillsProficient in English & Chinese language both written and verbalIf you are a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor interested in a leadership role as part of a growing team then please get in touch.
