As the Director of EA Governance, you will lead the establishment and execution of enterprise architecture governance frameworks, processes, and standards. You will oversee a specialized team responsible for EA toolset management, governance operations, compliance assurance, and metrics & reporting while fostering a culture of architectural excellence and innovation.Enterprise Architecture Governance LeadershipEstablish and maintain comprehensive EA governance frameworks and processesLead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and EA Forum read-outsDevelop and implement governance control gates across the enterpriseTrack technical debt, approve or extend technical debt waivers, work with system owners and the architects to eliminate the technical debtReview and approve architecture exceptions and waiversEnsure alignment between EA practices and business objectivesDrive the maturity of EA practices across the organizationTeam Leadership and DevelopmentProvide strategic direction and mentorship to a specialized team of professionalsFoster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellenceDevelop and implement team member growth and development plansBuild and maintain high-performing teams through effective recruitment and retentionFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between EA team and business unitsGovernance Operations and StandardsOversee the development and maintenance of EA toolset and modeling standardsGuide the implementation and adoption of EA tools and repositoriesEstablish and maintain architecture quality metrics and standardsDirect the audit program for architecture complianceCreate the Standards Information Base and assign technical owners and roadmaps for each technology in the TRMMonitor adherence to acceptable technology standardsEnsure alignment with enterprise security standardsStrategic Communications and Change ManagementLead the development and execution of EA communication strategiesGuide the Outreach Manager in developing effective stakeholder engagement plansDrive change management initiatives related to EA practicesFoster stakeholder relationships across business and technology domainsDevelop and maintain executive-level reporting on EA governance metricsQuality and Compliance OversightDirect architecture compliance audit programsOversee the Compliance Lead's efforts in maintaining quality standardsEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standardsDevelop and maintain quality assurance frameworksMonitor and report on compliance metrics and trends Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in EA governanceProven experience leading and developing teamsStrong background in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)Experience with EA tools and repositoriesHealthcare industry experience preferredTrack record of implementing successful governance programsStrong familiarity with ArchiMate 3 EA modeling language (required)Desired Qualifications:Open Group certified ArchiMate 3 Practitioner is highly desiredStrong leadership and team development abilitiesExcellence in stakeholder management and communicationDeep understanding of EA principles and practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence and drive change across organizationsExperience with governance frameworks and processesStrategic thinking and business acumenInterested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.PIaff5afdd46cf-36310-37209644
