Maintenance Technician 3 pm - 11pm Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts - Bushkill, PA. Full Time-$17.00/Hour Responsibilities and Duties: Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly and efficient way. Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and to preservation of Company assets in a safe, cost- effective manner. Requires advanced knowledge of maintenance skills. Requires ability to handle all aspects of hotel/resort maintenance. Requires general knowledge of building maintenance to include minor electrical repair, appliance repair, plumbing, and dry wall repair. Requires self-motivation and organizational skills. Requires ability to be available for emergency repairs. Will possess the ability to prioritize a rapidly changing task list for the satisfaction of our guests. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: Requires minimum of 1 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field is required. High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid Driver's License Required Competencies: Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast paced environment. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Communicate effectively in English Physical Demands: Work outdoors for extended periods of time Constant standing with some walking. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
