Contract Manager - Fire DampersTake the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.Swindon / M4Competitive Salary & Benefits PackageWe are recruiting for a leading contractor operating within the fire protection market delivering projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Student Accommodation, Hotels & Leisure, Social Housing, Healthcare, Education and Facilities Management.Due to recent contract wins and continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Fire Dampers Division.You will be a qualified and competent Senior Manager with solid experience in a running regional workforce delivering Fire Protection / Fire Damper projects.With offices nationwide, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking, modern construction business, that genuinely cares about it's people.Duties:Full P&L responsibility of projects from receipt of order to final account stageProducing project site files, incorporating all relevant site documentationApplication of project programme timescales, building the programme of works for productionAssessment of all sub-contractor H&S documentation, including client employed contractorsPreparation and collation of Principal Contractor H&S documentationExternal Stakeholder Management - Client site progress meetings with property team and project Interested parties, safety consultants, designers, local authority, or property tenantsInternal Stakeholder Management - Weekly labour and production review meetings reporting to the board and preparing senior management reports for weekly client SMT updatesCost Management, working alongside the assigned QS, monitoring the project lifecycle cost, engaging with the buyer to achieve cost effective materials and sub-contract teamsScope Change Management, ensuring any additional works requested are costed, submitted for approval by the QS before being undertaken onsiteBenefits:25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + Paid Christmas Shutdown5% employer pension contributionHealthcare
