As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases.Key Responsibiliites:• Developing and implementing test plans for product defects• Reviewing and approving test results• Developing and tracking test metrics• Helping maintain the quality of products• Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features• Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials• Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testingRequired Skills/Experience:• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality control• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent analytical skills• Strong problem-solving skills• Highly developed attention to detailTechnical Expertise:- SQL and PL SQL experience analyzing data- Working experience in Agile environment- Defect tracking tool such as Remedies, JIRA, Zephyr etc.- Perform data analysis and problem identification using Cognos reporting toolCompensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $55- $60 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
