HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERAre you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.COMPTON, CASalaried Position $100-$120K (based on experience/qualifications)Send resume to ssandoval@Register on-line todayyou have registered CALL (or)TEXT SUSANA (562)668-7680This role will report to the Director of Human ResourcesSeeking a Human Resources Manager experienced in Benefits, Worker's Comp andfull spectrum of human resources functions.The HR Manager will support the HR Director in the following areas, but not limited to:Development and communicate all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Assist in all company benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and the voluntary plans).Oversee annual benefits renewal process including negotiating successful renewals while maintaining a competitive benefits offering.Collaborate on succession planning to implement the process improvements needed for leadership transition in this multi-generational organization.Operational development, training objectives, assist in facilitating various training programs.Work closely with HR team to coach to develop and foster a foundation of best practices for all HR initiatives while providing superior internal customer service to the workforce.Assist in annual performance appraisal process to ensure process remains relevant and value-added to overall employee development and growth.Investigate employee relations disputes and issues for litigation prevention while ensuring confidentiality and the highest level of internal customer service to those involved.401k plan including all aspects of annual audit process and quarterly open enrollments.Assist with Federal and State annual compliance reports including: EEO-1, CA Pay Data, Veterans Report.FMLA/LOA administration process and compliance.
