Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Cultural & Engagement Lead to enhance our company culture, improve onboarding, and build partnerships with external agencies. This role also supports the SVP with operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement onboarding programs.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Build and maintain relationships with external agencies.Manage Partner sponsorship opportunities.Provide operational support to the SVP.Enhance employee engagement and retention.Coordinate internal and external events. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with external agencies and sponsorships.Knowledge of employee engagement best practices.Proficiency in HR software.
