Job TitleSenior Manager, Sales Compensation & AnalyticsJob DescriptionAs a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation & Analytics, you will join us as a subject matter expert in sales compensation and performance analytics, where you will lead commission analytics for a high-performing, customer-facing organization. To thrive in this role, you will need a robust analytical background, combined with extensive experience in financial model design, sales compensation, and forecasting within large-scale, matrixed sales organizations such as those found in Fortune 500 companies or similar enterprises.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Your role:Forecast sales compensation for North America and its related businesses, ensuring accuracy and visibility.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, sales excellence, and human resources, to ensure accurate forecast modeling, sales forecast accuracy, and financial impact visibility.Play a key role in creating financial modeling to drive decisions, quantify future impact to sales compensation, and develop insights leadership can use for commercial strategy improvements. Leverage your combined finance and sales compensation experience to drive continuous improvement, meet deadlines, and quickly resolve inquiries.You are the right fit if:You've acquired 7+ years of experience working in finance and/or sales compensation analytics for a complex business with varying compensation plan structures. General accounting knowledge is ideal, supported with a finance background (preferred).Your skills include proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Big Data analytics (required); and working knowledge of Anaplan (preferred).You have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent, with experience in the field of compensation); MBA or Masters in a relevant area, strongly preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You have proven experience in leadership communication (both verbal and written) you excel in translating insights into compelling narratives and are an effective communicator driven by curiosity and problem-solving. By collaborating with finance, accounting, sales excellence, and sales operations, you ensure an end-to-end view of sales compensation performance that empowers leadership to make data-driven decisions.How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an office role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Nashville, Tennessee is $105,000 to $180,000 The pay range for this position in Cambridge, Massachusetts is $117,600 to $201,600 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
