We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Product to help lead a team of talented product managers and owners as we continue to shape the future for our platform.As an Associate Director of Product, you will manage and mentor a team of product managers and owners with varying levels of experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our roadmap while also helping to plan a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for 2026 and beyond. This role requires strong Enterprise SaaS experience, exceptional product management skills, and the ability to lead process improvement initiatives. Be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team in a growing industry.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefines and assigns projects that have demonstrable positive revenue ROI on business products and servicesCan create a roadmap and visionNegotiate with stakeholders on priorities, scope, and timelineDefines policies / practices to improve upon current processesHosts business planning meetings (including agenda and getting stakeholder buy-in)Provides solutions for problems to the entire system or projectIdentifies gaps in our solutionsUnderstands the current industry enough to drive changes before software is released to customersDrives changes across multiple teamsUses business knowledge to suggest new business opportunities/features/servicesMinimum Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience8+ years of experience in Product Management Minimum 2+ years management experiencePreferred Skills and Qualifications1 year SaaS experience Experience in the EHS or ESG space is an asset though not a requirementExperience in the entire software development life cycleEnterprise SaaS platforms business modelsROI knowledge is an assetMentoringStrong written and verbal communication skillsWho is VelocityEHS?VelocityEHS is the largest and fastest-growing environmental, health, safety (EHS) and sustainability software company in the world. The expected salary range for this position is between $154,650 and$204,800 (United States) or $155,600 and $197,750 CAD (Canada). We aim to hire between theminimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon.The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevantexperience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors.
