Location: Phoenix, AZ , 2-3 days a week in office, hybrid Duration - 6 months CTH Key responsibilities: Executes the Technology Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables Technology and Line of Business adherence with Technology risk management programs. Supports execution of the Technology risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of technology controls for specific technology risk management program components. Executes the technology risk management programs within or across Technology and the Lines of Business (e.g. - Technology and Line of Business risk and control self-assessments and technology quality assurance reviews). May work with cross functional teams. Provides Technology risk expertise while working with Technology teams, subsidiaries and the Lines of Businesses, and other risk partners (e.g., Independent Risk Management, Compliance, Audit). Leads or influences technology risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate. Managing your own work zone Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version): • Enterprise experience • Proficiency in Office Suite (power point, excel) • GRC Tool experience (Archer is highly preferred) • Development and management of internal risks and controls • Experience with technology risk within any Financial institutions/banking preferred (1st, 2nd or 3rd LOD) • Experience in Policy and Procedure writing and governance *Experience with Sharepoint (general admin skills) Flex Skills: • Proficient in process or dataflow diagram experience • Proficient in Data Visualization Tool for Monitoring/Reporting- Tableau highly preferred • Coso certification or ISACA cert (risk cert) • Analytical background • Experience with KY3P (know your third party) Experience in auditing Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role: • Great communication • Self-starter • Independently work • Group setting work • Ability to communicate with executive audiences • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Years of experience: Level 3 5-7 years Please apply if you have the skills and background and our team member will get in touch with you. #LI-JH1 #M1 Ref: #404-IT Pittsburgh
