As a Payroll Supervisor you will:Maintain all Payroll Service records/electronic files including, but not limited to, new hires, changes in pay rates and status, tax withholding, payroll deductions, direct deposit, etc.Processes bi-weekly payroll; researches and corrects incomplete daily time sheets, working with managers as necessaryProcesses and prints checks for employees, including manual checks, as necessaryRun payroll related reports and download as requiredCreates and Prepares various reports for managementPrepare Annual 403(b) Discrimination File, work with 3rd Party Administrator; prepare information for annual 403(b) audit Prepare requests for payment for 403(b), TASC, United Way and others as required; review benefit related invoices for accuracy 8. Word processes, performs data entry and files as necessary1st Shift | Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (Flexible) Pay rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
