Marketing Proposal Manager

Our client, a leading construction firm in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Manager to lead their proposal development efforts. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the development of compelling proposals and marketing materials to support business development efforts.Supervise and mentor a marketing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.Oversee proposal strategy, content development, and design to align with company branding and client expectations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and technical teams, to gather necessary information for proposals.Utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.Maintain and enhance proposal templates, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.Drive innovation in marketing strategies and embrace new approaches to improve proposal success rates.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing proposal development, specifically within the A/E/C industry.Proven experience managing a marketing team.Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
