Title: Project Manager - Inclusion Programs (Enterprise Financial Services)Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Location Options: Los Angeles (hybrid)Duration: 3+ ContractCompensation: $45-52/hourWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Experience leading and executing Inclusion programs, initiatives, and processes. Proven success working with employee networks, resource groups and diversity councils. Prior experience within a regulated industry, a plus. Provide program administration support for employee resource networks (ERN) and business unit councils, including managing and maintaining membership and leadership lists, DEI observances calendar, and maintenance of ERN web presence. Provide operational support for implementation of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives that develop a culture that encourages employees to be their authentic selves, promotes courageous and honest conversations, supports allyship among employees, and creates an inclusive workforce. Contribute to the design and management of key initiatives and help promote awareness of and participation in programming. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) with a good working knowledge of TEAMS and Virtual Applications, as well as online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics); employee engagement platforms and tools (e.g., JIVE). Communicates effectively with the ability to adjust communication style for a variety of audiences. Adept at working in a diverse international environment. Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking as well as decision-making skills. Operates strategically to support a culture of continuous improvement and systems thinking. Highly collaborative. Exercises discretion and can maintain confidential data. Responsible for the application, onboarding, and training of enterprise resource networks (ERN) Americas leaders and business unit council chairs. Drive implementation of communications plan to ensure messaging is received in a timely manner.
