Title: VIP Help DeskConsidering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Location: Miami, FLDuration: 6+ months contract to hireCompensation: $25.00 - 29.00/hourWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.VIP Help DeskRequired Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years of IT experience. Minimum 1 year of experience Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (proficiency not required, but prior exposure is necessary). Preferred MDM platforms: Addigy, JAMF, or Kandji. Any Apple MDM Experience working with Microsoft Intune. Experience with application management, packaging, deployments, and updating processes OKTA experience - it's currently being implemented for governance Identity Access Management (IAM) would be great! Microsoft 365 architecture and management experience/familiarity Preferred Qualifications: API Integration experience RingCentral deployment or experience with cloud phone providers Excellent communication skills - as a VIP helpdesk they would need to provide white-glove customer service. We need them to be knowledgeable and engaged in technical conversations.
