Volt is immediately hiring for Product Sales Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity. Product: Power Generators Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year + Commission *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. About the Role: As a Product Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with current and potential customers in the Phoenix area. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working with clients to understand their power generation needs, and recommending the best solutions. Qualifications:4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the power generation or related industry. Technical understanding of generators, engines, and electrical systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Responsibilities:Generate leads through trade shows, networking, and industry events. Build rapport with key decision-makers at electrical contractors, general contractors, and engineering firms. Assess customer needs and propose tailored power generation solutions. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Bonus Points:Experience working with large-scale generators and interpreting electrical diagrams.
