Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60661 This individual will be working as part of the Core Services group and will be responsible for developing and applying standards, tools and best practices for software development and data management across all areas of the firm. They will also be responsible for working with technical staff, business stakeholders, and vendors to design and execute solutions that are aligned with company goals/priorities. Must have at least a Bachelors degree; Ideal candidate should come out of Financial Services and/or Legal/Litigation industries; Also looking for candidates who reflect longevity throughout their careers, not looking for candidates who jump around from contract-to-contract. Ideal candidate will need to have the ability to lead/mentor a team of 3-5 software engineers (currently 2 located in NYC; 1 located in Singapore); Ability to develop high-performance applications primarily in Python, along with a strong focus on Azure-based cloud solutions (Azure functions, Azure SQL, CosmosDB & Azure DevOps); Experience in quantitative modeling/data analytics/statistical computing; It would also be ideal if they had familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) along with Financial modeling techniques.
