Role : OMS Quality EngineerHit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Job Type: (3 months Contract to Hire at Northbrook, IL (Hybrid)Location: Northbrook, IL (Resource should be willing to Chicago head office on need basis) Role DescriptionThe Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for delivering and coordinating all testing artifacts and activities (Test Estimates, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Automation Scripts and Test results) for the various applications that the engineer is managing within Crate& Barrel's Order Management System(OMS) - Order Orchestration Technology portfolio. This role will report to the Sr. Manager - Technology, Quality Engineering. Specifically, this position will be primarily focused on Crate& Barrel's existing OMS - Order Orchestration which includes Billing, Payment Systems, Sales Audit, and GL applications that are on AS/400 to be migrated to Blue Yonder in the near future We're prioritizing the search for a Senior Quality Engineer (Sr. QE) with core payment experience. The change in direction stems from our decision to switch payment providers, necessitating an expert with in-depth knowledge of payment testing and AS/400 systems. Ideally, the candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in core payment testing, with additional experience in Order Management Systems (OMS). While automation experience is a plus, a strong foundation in payment testing and AS/400 is essential.
