This role involves revising instructional materials for e-learning and instructor-led courses, creating digital media assets, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring alignment with FDOT and Florida's Turnpike Enterprise standards across training and web platformsDuties & Responsibilities:Revise and enhance in-house instructional materials, including training guides, lesson plans, and visual aids for e-learning, instructor-led, and self-paced formats.Producing media content, user interface design, and other specifications to meet diverse needs, including but not limited to photography, videography, and audio production.Develop digital media and training assets using approved applications to deliver engagingCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure materials align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.Research and implement the latest trends in talent development, instructional design, and learning theory.Ensure visual assets and training content align with organizational branding and maintain a cohesive style.Translate business requirements into media assets to meetCoordinate digital media development and ensure integration acrossMaintain and organize training libraries in cloudEvaluate and recommend tools to produce and enhance digital mediaDevelop prototypes and gather user feedback to improveAdhere to project timelines and provide regular updates to leadership andParticipate in team projects, providing improvement recommendations based on Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of instructional design theories and trainingKnowledge of digital media development tools, internet applications, and user interfaceSkilled in digital media authoring tools such as Adobe Applications (Creative Cloud, Captivate), Articulate 360, and 3D visualization software at an intermediate to expertSkilled in cloud fileSkilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, ).Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and workGood verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical conceptsAbility to maintain effective working relationships and work as part of a collaborativeStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention toAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and travel as required for theDimensions: Education: Bachelor "˜s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields. Or equivalent work experience.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Training (including IT course development and delivery) experience. Complexity:Intermediate professional level role. Works independently or on multiple IT training projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. Works on small to large, complex IT training projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area. May coach more junior staff.
