The Blick CenterMaking sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Employment SpecialistStarting Pay: $22.00/hour minimumThe Blick Center is a non-profit agency providing quality clinical, day programs and residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis in Summit County and the surrounding areas for over 50 years.We have a full-time opening for an Employment Specialist: Starting Pay $22.00/hourDuties include:Recruiting activities and use of the applicant tracking system (ATS).Conducting Interviews and hiring direct support professional in residential and day programs.Completing onboarding activities for all Agency new hires.Provides new hire orientation and training.First Aid and CPR instruction (Blick will pay for the trainer's certification)Relias Learning Management and assigning all required training programs to new hires.Qualifications:Recruiting and Interviewing experience.Good written and verbal communication skills are a must!Good organization and time management skills.Fully competent computer skills, especially with all Microsoft Word software.Friendly, upbeat personality.High School Diploma, college degree a plus!We offer a competitive salary and excellent fringe benefits.
