Location: Indianapolis, IN Hours/Schedule: 7:30-4pm M-F Type: Contract Responsibilities Performs analyses of finished products to determine conformance to accepted specifications. Performs product verifications to ensure products are qualified for production use Performs test stand preventative maintenance procedures for the purpose of ensuring proper test stand operations Investigational testing of production and pilot material, as needed Performs stability testing that monitors product claims, relative to product shelf life Requirements High school diploma or equivalency Specialized or advanced training in science, electronics or related field Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Detail oriented Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Basic computer skills with competency using standard software packages (Word, Excel, Google Sheets) Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures Preferred requirements Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience 1+ years' experience working in laboratory environment 1+ years' experience working in a regulatory environment 1+ years' experience with process improvement 1+ years' technical or scientific experience Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
