We're on the hunt for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will champion excellence, inspire a quality-driven culture, and ensure our products and processes meet top-notch standards.What You'll Be Doing: Implement and oversee quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for process improvements. Lead problem-solving initiatives by facilitating root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to develop and refine quality standards and procedures. Ensure adherence to the quality management systems defined within the company. Oversee documentation and record-keeping related to quality processes, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Train personnel on quality policies, procedures, and best practices. Participate in cross-functional teams to improve process controls and reduce variability in production. Support new product introduction and process changes to ensure quality standards are maintained. Assist in managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Support, guide, and coach a team of quality professionals, including Quality Data Specialists, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience with ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical quality control methodologies. Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma) is preferred but not required.Preferred Qualities & Characteristics Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in data analysis, problem-solving techniques, and quality improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a culture of quality and teamwork. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
