Production Supervisor

Our candidate of choice will bring a strong baking background along with supervisory roles in a medium to large scale artisan bakery operation(s). Our ideal candidate will be communicative, organized, and motivated to work within a team to produce the finest baked goods.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the second shift of production to ensure on-time completion and highest product quality of artisan baked bread and pastryMonitor product inventory to ensure outgoing orders are complete daily.Monitor ingredient inventory and liaise with the purchasing department as necessary.Oversee pastry and bread bakers, and prep cooks, optimizing workflow and hours for on-time completion of day's productionPrioritize tasks, set an example for the team.
