As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will:Provide Connex support for Contact Center groups, Safety Customer Claims, Warranty Call Center, Privacy, Techline, Field Staff and Legal teams.Collaborate and coordinate across business stakeholder groups and suppliers to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Connex enhancements.Translate high level business needs into detailed business requirements documents including process flows and use cases.  This is a full time contingent opportunity.
