As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will:Provide Connex support for Contact Center groups, Safety Customer Claims, Warranty Call Center, Privacy, Techline, Field Staff and Legal teams.Collaborate and coordinate across business stakeholder groups and suppliers to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Connex enhancements.Translate high level business needs into detailed business requirements documents including process flows and use cases. This is a full time contingent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Required Bachelor's degree• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst• Experience in a Contact Center Operations role/consultant• Exposure to Salesforce Service CloudPreferred QualificationsExperience in Salesforce Implementation for Contact Centers Experience in a Contact Center Operations role or consultant role with exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud.Prior automotive industry experience Project management Salesforce Administrator certification is a plusPay Rate: $40/HOUR-$57.69/HOUR *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
