As a Maintenance Technician you will:Troubleshoot and repair CNC Machines, EDM, compressors, dryers, manual mills and lathes, and welding equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on all systems, including pneumatics and hydraulicsProvide forklift service and assist with machine moving and levelingConduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnose issues with motor controls, DC controls, AC controls, and CNC controlsPerform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep our operations running smoothlyExpertly change sprockets, belts, and bearings to keep our machinery in top shapeService a variety of equipment including exhaust fans, compressors, dryers, welding equipment, and moreThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of machinery including CNC machines, compressors, and welding equipment, while also conducting preventive maintenance.Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, wiring machinery, and making repairs to electrical componentsExperience with motor controls, both DC and ACMaintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret schematic diagramsFamiliarity with material handling equipment, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance proceduresPre-employment background check and drug test requiredSchedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 5AM-2:30PM with Opportunity for OT on Saturdays Pay rate: $28.00-35.00/per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. If this sounds like the job for you and you meet our qualifications, APPLY NOW for immediate consideration.
