Product Development Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: The Product Development Specialist must have the ability to effectively listen and respond to customers to include DoD Program Managers and Directors of Maintenance. Provide technical insight to the development team. Assist with application design and system integration. Quickly become knowledgeable of the product, write technical papers/publications/presentations for customer consumption. Work with Contract Administration for DoD related products to ensure deliverables are properly processed. Create system maintenance plans for in-house and customers. Conduct initial training for customers and in-house support team.
