Job Title : Helpdesk TechnicianHave you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Location: Miami, FL - On SiteWage Range: 26-30Job Number: 25-02539Job Description: Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for a Helpdesk Technician to work on site from their Miami, FL office. The Contractor will be a Helpdesk Technician assigned to provide Services to mobile devices. The Support specialist or mobile Technician will be working with mobile devices to install, repair, and maintain them. He may also help customers with device settings, apps, and cloud stall, configure and provide ongoing support for iPhone's, iPad's, peripherals and software.Must-Have Requirements:- 5 years of experience- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and update mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops- Experience performing hardware and software upgrades- Microsoft Intune Device Enrollments- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems- Experience helping customers with device settings, apps, and cloud storage- Bilingual in English/SpanishHours:- The Service will be performed during Banco Santander Business hours with an expected workday of 7 hours for 40 days and for a period of 2 monthsDuration:- 2-month contractLocation:- 5 days a week onsite at the BSI office in Miami, FLEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled* While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
