ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, the Associate Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the operations of the regulatory compliance department. The Associate Compliance Analyst will work with all Support Services departments as well as interact directly with SCA Health's facilities.Key Responsibilities:Performing all phases of compliance related reviews and support activity (e.g., hotline, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, Regulatory Compliance Leads (RCL) Program operations, Stark Law Monitoring Program, Section 1557 monitoring, Compliance training tracking)Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition processWorking effectively with other departments/external sourcesWorking as part of a team who support each other to accomplish set goals and objectives together QualificationsQualifications:Understanding of healthcare compliance and compliance related principlesUnderstanding of regulatory compliance processes and internal controlsExcellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essentialFlexible attitude and open to changes in the day to day work scheduleAbsolute attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlinesExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership potentialStrong mission and values commitment; natural cultural fitEducation and Work Experience:Four year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or health care administration required. Certifications:If not already achieved, obtain either of the below certifications within first two years of employment:Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC)Other considerations (not requirements):Project management experienceCoding experienceAudit experience USD $65,000.00/Yr.
