To learn more, please visit: of Role: The Advisor Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting senior advisors in delivering exceptional retirement planning services. Responsibilities include assisting with business development activities, client communication, and preparation of presentations and reports. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the success of both clients and the team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Initiate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outboard marketing activitiesAssist business executives with registering for NFP-sponsored conferences, events, and webinarsManage and organize event and project deliverablesCoordinate introductory meetings and plan analysis appointmentsMeet key metrics including making a certain number of phone calls per week and per monthAnswer and refer phone and email inquiriesPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasksStrong working knowledge of Microsoft office products and/or other computer software systemsAbility to work both independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial spiritStrong organizational skills with ability to multitaskAbility to communicate and interface effectively with CEOs, CFOs, Executive Staff, and Human Resources professionals.Exceptional attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal communicationsExperience using a CRM system (preferred)Education and/or Experience:High school graduate (or equivalent)BA/BS degree or currently enrolledWhat We OfferNFP is proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
