To learn more, please visit: is a full-time summer internship, working with SVPs, Account Executives, and Account Managers to service client accounts and build strong relationships with internal team members. The position handles projects required to support the day to day account management for clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Assist with client renewals and marketing and client meeting presentationsAssist with creating and updating benefits related guides, education resources and cost analysis for clientsAssist with collection and management of annual benchmarking surveysDevelop familiarity with NFP's processes - SalesForce, Financial Reporting, Shared File DriveProvide overflow administration support and assist with ad hoc projects as requiredKeep all information and records confidentialOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsCustomer service orientedStrong problem solving abilityCultivating relationship abilityStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skillsBe able to initiate and follow through with independent projectsProven client management expertiseAbility to manage multiple tasks in same time frameSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: NoneEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Junior or senior of a four-year university preferredDemonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and WordThe base salary range for this position is $18-$25. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
