Alterity Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP Corp.Summary: Our Employee Benefits group is seeking students in junior/senior year interested in learning more about careers within insurance and risk management consulting. Our NY and Massachusetts locations provide students with the opportunity to work in one of our three primary offices, Midtown NYC, Boston, and Norwell Massachusetts. The role offers flexibility in a hybrid work environment. Following the internship there may be an opportunity for full time employment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interns are assigned to a team leader, who will be responsible for work assignments. Collaborating with will promote learning and development opportunities for the intern. These opportunities could include exposure to Alterity's leadership, information sessions regarding Alterity's disciplines and career paths, and industry educational sessions. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
