The role is central within the organization and is responsible for crafting enrollment communication pieces, as well as maintaining and structuring the Communications day-to-day material.The individual in this position will have the opportunity to participate in company-wide projects that involve working with different teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to contribute meaningfully to a growing business and gain valuable experience.Key personality traits for success include high energy and drive, the ability to work on a team and a questioning mind. The position is hybrid. During the first three months of employment, the individual will be expected to be in the office up to three days a week for training. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
