IT Digital Delivery Lead

The IT Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the deployment, maintenance and improvement of business applications and systems. Responsibilities will include all deliverables (estimates, designs, configuration/development, deployments) meeting timelines and quality standards. In addition, this person will provide subject matter expertise in the Sales, Distribution, and Digital Customer Experience areas, which includes providing solution alternatives and estimates, gathering, and interpreting of requirements, and designing, documenting and delivering solutions.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.What will you do?Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to followTranslate non-technical requirements into highly technical specificationsManage the set-up and configuration of systemsImplement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performanceManage and maintain overall solution architecture, scalability, and integrityDefine solution limitations and requirementsWork with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution's technology stackCommunicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical directionWork with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated into solution designsEstablish and enforce standards as part of the solution roadmap developmentConducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areasDefine and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processDevelop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarmsServe as the subject matter expert for solution development in the assigned areaProvide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team membersOther job duties and projects as assigned.What do you need for this role?Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business or related field is required.5+ years SAP SD experience in implementing projects and supporting solutions3+ years Salesforce Administrator experience for Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud5+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration/development, and delivery of business process solutionsKnowledgeable in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data cloud will be considered an assetExperience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systemsStrong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processesStrong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skillsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsStrong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applicationsKnowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferredStrong proficiency in estimation and planningStrong verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work with employees at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated proficiency in conflict resolutionAbility to track and remove impedimentsDemonstrated problem solving techniques and strong analytical skillsSolid interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team across the organizationAbility to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, TeamsTechnical Certification(s) within Software Development discipline or Software Application is preferred Mosaic is a pay for performance company.
