Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Maintenance Technician in Bloomington, IL. This is a Full Time Temp to Hire opportunity. Pay Rate: $30 per hour 1st shift position As a Machine Maintenance Technician you will: Read and understand ladder diagrams, repair, electrical manuals.Skilled in Hydraulic pumps and switches.Ability to remove and repair cutting tool spindles.Remove way covers and reinstall.Skilled history of ATC and APC repair.Ability to diagnose 24-volt power supply problems.Basic electrical knowledge 110,220, 480-volt system.Maintains a clean and safe work area, including the machine and the floor around the machine.Cleans and removes all or unneeded items after repair work in complete from work area.Must trouble shoot and repair all mechanical and electrical problems. Must be able to operate CNC machine tools such as vertical/horizontal drills and milling machines, boring machines and grinders in order to repair.CNC electronic maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have:Three years of previous experience or trainingCompleted three or more set-ups on all conventional machine tools on their own.Must have knowledge of all tools, inserts and gaging used in their area. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
