Job Title: HVAC Electrical and Plumbing TechnicianPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Location: Jackson, NJClient: First Tek, Inc.Duration: Full time roleLooking for a Commercial/Residential experienced HVAC Technician/Project Manager to work onsite at one of our 3 office locations:No Licenses neededPiscataway, NJHVAC Technician/Project Manager"‹4-5 Years experienceOversee and manage the work of HVAC, plumbing and electrical technicians to ensure proper installation.Review and evaluate HVAC Bids, Quotes & Vendor Contracts for commercial or Residential buildings.Maintenance, Repair, and Install of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical systems.Conduct and identify regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.Create and enforce preventive maintenance plans for plumbing systems to prevent leaks, clogs, and other issues.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to prevent failures and extend equipment life.Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Resolve issues with HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components. Identify and resolve plumbing and electrical issues, including wiring, circuit breakers, and other components.Ensure all HVAC work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards, ensure all plumbing and electrical work adheres to relevant codesGeneral Management Duties:Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective operations and reviewing bids/quotes.Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and equipment.Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance staff.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for se
