Senior Project Manager

The key to AG's continued success is its commitment to developing and investing in our employees.Position: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Auburn, New YorkProject: Renovations of state-owned facilitiesResponsibilities: Coordinate and enforce the contract requirements with the contractors and staffProvide technical management for multiple trade contracts with coordination between the project team and contractors.Review monthly payments and track certified payrollsMonitor and enforce the project schedule, including project milestonesSuggest modifications to improve the project schedule where appropriateAssess impact of change requests on the project schedule and budgetProvide bi-weekly reporting and assist Sr. PMCoordinate all required meetings (biweekly, schedule updates, etc.)Create and track Field Orders and Change Orders in DC NetTrack Submittals, RFIs, and IBs in Submittal Exchange in coordination with the Project EngineerCoordinate Third Party Code Inspection and DocumentationOversee safety and security at project sitesQualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience involving construction large scale projects valued above $10 millionOSAH 30 certifiedStrong Civil BackgroundExperience of inspection requirements for various tradesValid driver's license - Occasional travel within the region will be requiredMust be available to work alternate work hours on as needed basisProficient in computer skillsKnowledge of scheduling softwareStrong Communications skills.A.G.
