Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Experience in Leave Administration and ADA Accommodations, within the financial services industry or other highly regulated industry Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, e.g., FMLA, ERISA, DOL Regulations, Worker's Compensation, etc. Familiarity with relevant benefit-type offerings, terminology, tools, etc.FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Excellent customer service skills Ability to listen to and analyze issues encountered through multiple channels Experience with HR information systems (Workday preferred) and benefits-related technology including third party reporting requirements Advanced skills with standard desktop applications, including MS Excel and Word Experience implementing and tracking relevant leave metrics and benchmarks>>> Qualified candidates please apply to this posting; you may also send your updated resume to Krista Joy at kjoy@ for further review.
