Company: H10 Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Type: Managed ServiceLocation: Redmond, WAME DVT Engineer (Mechanical)Roles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and lead the construction of intermediate-level pneumatic and electromechanical test fixtures, including robotic testing solutions.Develop and execute complex testing processes, including fixture design, test implementation, data analysis, and report generation, with responsibilities extending up to Mechanical Design Verification Testing (ME-DVT) project leadership.Identify, clarify, and resolve technical issues, providing strategic guidance to ensure effective solutions.Lead cross-functional discussions and collaborate with teams across multiple organizational units.Conduct and contribute to intermediate-level failure analysis and defect resolution, driving corrective actions across various teams.Desired Qualifications:7+ years of relevant technical engineering experienceOR A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant technical engineering experience.5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a focus on product quality, reliability, or manufacturing testing.Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, with strong expertise in electromechanical testing.In-depth understanding of failure physics and root cause analysis methodologies.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing statistical insights to inform data-driven decision-making.Preferred Qualifications:Direct experience in mechanical testing of consumer electronics.Familiarity with Fanuc robot programming, Digital Image Correlation (DIC), High-Speed DIC, instrumentation, and Creo.Practical knowledge of quality methodologies, including 8D problem-solving, CLCA, SPC, Pareto analysis, FMEA, GR&R, FAI, CPK, and PPAP.Strong ability to apply statistical methods for product reliability evaluation and risk assessment; Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
