As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming, including:managing RBTs/BTs,supervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery,conducting behavior assessments,individualizing client treatment goals and objectives,conveying monthly caregiver training,coordinating with other professionals on clients' treatment teams.What do you bring to the role?You must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field,BCBA certification from the BACB, and experience that may require additional guidance through our BCBA mentorship program.Benefits and Compensation:We offer a competitive compensation package with quarterly performance bonuses,benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage,life insurance and supplemental insurance programs,PTO and holidays,and a 401K plan.Who are we?Butterfly Effects is a nationwide autism-specific ABA-based provider group offering home and center-based services.
