The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities:Architect & Design Solutions: Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other systems.Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across Salesforce projects.Experience Cloud Development: Design and optimize customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud, ensuring intuitive UI/UX, security, and personalization.Sales Cloud Customization: Configure and extend Sales Cloud to support sales processes, automation, and reporting.Integration & Data Management: Design API-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation).Security & Compliance: Implement robust security models, role hierarchies, and data sharing rules to ensure compliance with industry standards.Agile & DevOps Practices: Lead CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, product managers, and developers to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce architecture experience, including Experience Cloud and Sales CloudExpertise in Experience Cloud site development, branding, and customization.Experience with workflow automation (Flows, Process Builder, Triggers, etc.).Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
