Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally.* Due to the requirements of this position, the ideal candidate would be located near our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area. SourceAmerica's employees who live within 30 commuting miles of our offices work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days in office and the balance as remote work.Your Impact ...As a Senior Director, Account Services Air Force/MEDCOM/DoD, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. Customer Relationships and Account GrowthProvide customer leadership with a holistic view of SourceAmerica's role and responsibilities.Prioritize, develop and maintain strategic growth plans for team.Ensure all relationships with CAs and/or NPAs are held to the highest standard of ethics and compliance, with general knowledge of applicable sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and other regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with the AbilityOne Account Products and Services Leadership team to foster a culture of accountability and stellar customer service to ensure best practices to collectively grow the business. Team Oversight/LeadershipSupervises the work of a large team, serves as a coach and developmental expert, responsible for resource allocation, and interfaces with senior leadership - internally and externally.Ensure staff working on the team are trained to recognize and help promote the AbilityOne program in an effort to create additional jobs from the existing base of business.Project and Performance ManagementTo the extent practicable, ensure all nonprofit agencies performing AbilityOne product or service contracts for the assigned accounts are apprised of contracting rules and regulations relevant to the performance of their project(s).Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.Salary RangeThe salary for this position falls in a range between $135,000 - $180,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.What You Must Bring ...Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.Greater than 20 years relevant work experience managing multiple contract types.Greater than 15 years management experience.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Command knowledge of Federal Contracting regulations.Strong presentation, cross-functional leadership and team-building skills.Ability to operate in a demanding executive level environment.Preferred QualificationsMasters Degree or MBA in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.Management certification.Extensive knowledge of SourceAmerica and the AbilityOne Program.Proven abilities in networking, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving, as well as training, coaching, and mentoring.Ability to deal effectively with high-level government, NPA and business officials and effectively communicate with them in large audiences, small groups and one-on-one settings.Leadership skills to motivate and evaluate staff to assign training to build competencies for a nation-wide SourceAmerica team supporting assigned accounts.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to handle complex actions and multiple priorities.Extensive knowledge of leadership and management with expertise in organizational effectiveness.Working knowledge of Federal acquisition process and procedures to include the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFAR), JWOD Act, and AbilityOne policies and procedures.Experience evaluating capabilities and capacities.Demonstrated ability to understand and develop business and operational processesSkilled in cost analysis and contemporary business practices.Continuous process improvement through innovation and efficient application of team member talents and prioritization of other available resources.Ability to facilitate discussions with diverse points of view; and apply good judgment to situations in the absence of perfect information.We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes"” experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.Work EnvironmentOur organization offers both a hybrid work model"”where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek"”as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements. * Due to the requirements of this position, the ideal candidate would be located near our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area.
