Job Title: Oracle FCCS FunctionalDo you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Job Location: Remote, Anywhere in US (Atlanta, Georgia 30326)Onsite Requirements:FCCS ImplementationsOracle EPM Cloud Applications ImplementationsGAAP and IFRSJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Cloud Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Financial Consolidation and Close solutions for our clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, corporate controller experience, and expertise in intercompany reporting, journal entries, dashboards, automation, and templates.This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively gather and document business requirements, collaborate with business stakeholders, and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions tailored to client business needs.Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with finance, accounting, and executive teams to understand consolidation and close processes, and translate business needs into system requirements.Process Automation & Optimization: Design automated journal entries, intercompany eliminations, data integrations, dashboards, and templates to streamline financial close processes.Configuration & Testing: Configure FCCS modules, validate system functionality, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, technical teams, and project managers to align expectations, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions.Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation, and provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements as needed.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Oracle FCCS best practices, emerging features, and industry trends to optimize solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and consultingStrong finance and accounting background, preferably with prior experience as a Corporate Controller, Financial Analyst, or Accounting ManagerDeep understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, intercompany reporting, journal entries, eliminations, currency translation, and financial statementsExperience with Oracle EPM Cloud, FCCS automation, dashboards, reports, and templatesStrong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutionsExperience working with data integrations, ERP systems, and financial data modelsAbility to lead workshops, document requirements, and drive solution adoption across finance teams.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle FCCS Certification or other relevant Oracle EPM certificationsPrior experience in consulting or client-facing rolesKnowledge of Oracle EDMCS, ARCS, and other Oracle EPM Cloud applicationsExperience in automation, scripting, or system integration.** 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
