We are seeking an H/R generalist with strong administrative skills and a strong H/R background to work with both small and mid-size group accounts. You will be working with clients throughout the U.S.CompensationFull benefits packageGrowth opportunitiesResponsibilitiesThe following list of duties are tasks that you are likely to perform on a regular basis. Assist with client support and administrative supportAssist clients with H/R support and provide H/R guidancePrepare/Revise employee handbooks for various clientsPrepare Employee Enrollments Kits/PacketsAssist clients and their employees with benefits questions and problemsAssist with client payroll processingHandle incoming phone calls, greet visitorsMaintain employee databasesPrepare various spreadsheets as neededPrepare / process various mailings as neededDrive to Bank and PO Box to drop off and pick up all mail/packages on a daily and/or weekly basisBe able to lift and transport boxes as needed - apx. 35+ lbsPerform general administrative dutiesProcess various photocopying jobs as needed / requiredProperly maintain filesProcess online enrollments and terminationsCommunicate with insurance carriers as neededAssist other support staff Other duties as neededQualifications3+ years administrative experience3+ years Human Resource experienceHigh School Diploma / Some College requiredTech Savvy with proficiency using Microsoft Excel requiredKnowledge of UZIO Payroll system helpfulMust have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary is criticalFriendly and positive demeanor with co-workers, clients, and vendorsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust show initiative and the ability to multi-task, complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision, and meet deadlinesMust have own transportation, a clean driving record, and liability insurance Must be able to travelBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusIdeal candidate will live in the San Fernando ValleyMust be able to lift 35+ lbs. without restrictionsThis is a full-time position, located in Northridge, CA. Our normal business hours are M-F 8 am to 5 pm.Again, candidates must have their own reliable transportation, auto liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
