Job Title: OneStream Functional/Solution ArchitectMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia 30326 Onsite Requirements:OneStream EPM and FP&A software functional/solution architecture experienceOneStream Certified Architect is required.Excellent communication skills Job Description:Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of OneStream solutions to support financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Implementation & Configuration: Configure and deploy OneStream applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with finance, IT, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution integration and adoption.Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing solutions, including data integration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.Performance Optimization: Optimize OneStream models, processes, and performance for scalability, efficiency, and user experience.Testing & Validation: Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and validation of OneStream applications before deployment.Training & Documentation: Provide user training, create technical documentation, and support end user's post-implementation.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with OneStream developments and best practices to enhance solution capabilities. Required Qualifications & Skills:OneStream Architect Certification (Required).5+ years of experience in OneStream implementation, architecture, and consulting.Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder collaboration.Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and work with cross-functional teams.Experience integrating OneStream with ERP, data warehouses, and other financial systems.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A functions.Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions and enterprise data architecture.Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment** 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
