Seeking individual with background in field controls troubleshooting, service, upgrade, or similar who can travel to customer facilities and ensure mechanical, electrical power and controls components of automated palettizing systems work correctly. Shall: *** Perform everything from simple diagnostic tests to complete overhauls of controls systems. *** Integrate power distribution, servo motors, actuators, motion sensors, touchscreen HMI panels, etc. *** Troubleshoot controls programs, debug and modify code. *** Train customers on proper operation and basic maintenance of controls systems. Equipment: __ Robot Arm Palletizers __ Pallet Stackers __ Pallet Feeders __ Layer Bagging Palletizers __ Case Palletizers __ Depalletizers __ Frame Dunnage Handlers __ Belt Conveyors __ Pneumatic Conveyors Required: *** Practical knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), AC and DC drive systems, industrial power conditioners, SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems, HMI (Human Machine Interfaces), etc. *** Experience with material handling systems or similar flexible equipment lines requiring high-speed communication and connectivity.
