Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a HR Service Center Specialist.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on. Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months contract Location: Fully Remote As a HR Service Center Specialist, you will:Assist new hires with navigation through pre-employment activities (i.e. licensure/certification primary source verification, background check, drug testing, employee health screenings, EEO-1, I-9) ensuring activities are completed in a timely mannerPerforms quality data review of information (i.e. name, address, phone) interfaced from the recruitment application (Oracle Could) to the HCM (PeopleSoft), resolving errors where applicableOnce pre-employment activities are successfully completed, schedules new hire for orientation advising all necessary parties for a seamless handoff (i.e. hiring manager, recruiter, local HR)Notifies recruiter and hiring manager should a new hire fail any pre-employment activities requiring an offer to be rescindedOversees the renewal of licensure and certification processes (i.e. proactively reporting on upcoming expiration dates and ensuring employees without valid licenses/certifications are routed to employee relations for appropriate action)Operational: Receives, routes, resolves, and properly closes all Client HR inquiries within their specialty or assignment in an accurate and timely mannerCollaborates with appropriate SSC leadership/staff, COEs, HRBPs, HRIS, or third parties to resolve complex inquiries or transactionsAccurately enters data into appropriate computer applications/databasesReceives and scans paper-based personnel forms; uploading information into the appropriate applications/databases Uses the case management tool to accurately capture, track, and follow-up on inquiries; entries used to monitor KPI trends, track performance, provide feedback, and improve quality Participates in system testing and identification of system and user-interface issues; provides feedback to SSC leadership and HRISPerforms daily review of open case cues to ensure inquiries/requests are being assigned, resolved and closed properly and in a timely mannerQuality Assurance: Continuously reviews SSC knowledge base to maintain working knowledge of HR and Payroll OperationsPartners with SSC Managers to regularly review performance outcomes against SLAs and KPIs; identify trends requiring COE policy and procedure review and/or consideration Constantly seeks additional opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of individual and team workThe ideal candidate will have: Working knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes highly desirableWorking knowledge of pre-employment activities (i.e. Background checks, education checks, employee health screenings) requiredWorking knowledge of healthcare jobs licensure and certification requirements Strong Customer Service skills highly desirable Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
