Job Title: Technical Support 1The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Client: BankingLocation: Multiple Locations - Hopewell, NJ | Jacksonville, FL | Chandler, AZ | Addison, TXDuration: 12-month contract (possible extension or hire based on performance)Pay Range: $19/hr to $20.04/hr Shift: Onsite Monday-Thursday, WFH Friday (if no absences)Training: 5-week onsite training (no time off)Position Summary:Provide first-line support for internal employees via voice and chat in a 24/7 Global Service Desk environment.Troubleshoot MS applications, proprietary systems, and basic tech issues.Ensure high-quality client care, document issues for second-line support, and meet performance targets. Required Skills:1-3 years of experience in client care or customer serviceStrong multitasking, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environmentDesired Skills:Experience in a tech call center or customer serviceFamiliarity with Win 10/11, MS Office, VPN, and ITSM Remedy
