Position Details: Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Industry - Banking and FinancialTitle - UX Designer (ADA)Duration - 12+ monthsLocation - Chicago, IL / Kennesaw, GA / Richmond, VAPay - $60/hour to $70/hourDAY TO DAY Help translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs working with technology partners to plan and design new features and own the overall quality of what is being deliveredYou will be an advocate for users and an ambassador for Client's brand, creating designs that are familiar, intuitive, and accessible for allPartner with 2 developers and 1 other UX designer to assist in a GIS Accessibility initiative Ensure that all designs and development are ADA compliant MUST HAVES4+ years of UX design experienceManager prefers candidates from "Start-Ups" or smaller companies **not freelance**Experience with Sketch and FigmaMUST have ADA/ Accessibility experience (Section 508 and WCAG)A strong portfolio committed to user centered designCANNOT have obvious ADA issues in their portfolioMust know how to look at browser dev tools (HTML/CSS) and understand the componentMay require some basic testing knowledge Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and other digital interfacesExperience working in an agile environment, working with JIRAPLUSSESEnterprise environment experienceFinancial industry experienceExperience designing/testing native mobile applications
