The Nine at Lexington Station is a thoughtfully designed apartment community located in St. Paul near the Lexington Station Green Line stop.We are seeking a Concierge & Leasing Support Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in property management, leasing, and customer service. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop skills in hospitality, real estate, or leasing while working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Concierge & Prospect Assistance• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, warmly welcoming guests, residents, and prospects.• Assist with managing high-traffic times by greeting walk-ins, gathering initial details on their needs, and providing general property information.• Provide general concierge services, such as answering questions about amenities, events, and local attractions.Leasing Support & Lead Management• Use CRM Queue and other systems to filter and monitor incoming inquiries, answer general questions about the property, and escalate qualified leads to the leasing specialist.• Send follow-up Thank You for Touring emails to prospects, summarizing available units based on the leasing specialist's recommendations.• Assist with self-guided tours by showcasing the main lobby and common areas while ensuring prospects have a smooth experience.• If the onsite team is fully booked with tours, help walk-in prospects schedule a future tour with a leasing specialist.Resident & Event Support• Assist the onsite team with resident events, including setting up food/beverages, decorations, tables, and chairs.• Help ensure the lobby and amenity spaces are always tidy, presentable, and welcoming.• Prepare Welcome Home bags for new residents to enhance the move-in experience.Future Additional Responsibilities May Include:• Assist with the Affordable Housing Intake Process , ensuring applicants have the correct documents and understand next steps.• Provide support with leasing tours as needed.• Assist with incoming phone calls and inquiries from prospective residents.• Provide updates to applicants regarding their application status.• Assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks .Why Join Us?• Hands-on experience in the property management and leasing industry .• Exposure to CRM systems, leasing processes, and resident relations .• Opportunity to develop hospitality, sales, and customer service skills .• A supportive, team-oriented environment that values personal growth.If you're looking to gain valuable experience while working in a dynamic, people-focused environment , we'd love to hear from you!Apply today to join the team at The Nine at Lexington Station!CompensationHeavily discounted studio apartment at The Nine$18-$20 per hour based on qualificationsLeasing bonus potential is possibleQuarterly Rock Bonus possible• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Interest in real estate, property management, hospitality, or customer service.• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and comfort learning new software.• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly WagePIac35ca45cb89-35216-37082580
